Teams & workspaces

Share a trusted library across teammates with invites and permissions.

Teams use Pocketmind as a shared source of truth: everyone saves into the same library, then asks grounded questions against the same evidence.

Typical setup

  1. Create or join a workspace.
  2. Invite teammates by email.
  3. Agree on what belongs in the shared library (research, policies, competitor notes).
  4. Use collections to keep noisy personal saves separate from the team corpus.

Permissions

Workspace roles control who can invite, manage billing, and administer shared content. Prefer least privilege for contractors and temporary collaborators.

Agents on team libraries

MCP connections respect workspace scope. Connect agents to the workspace that holds the corpus they should see — not a personal sandbox — when answers must match team knowledge.

When to upgrade

Shared seats and higher content / AI quotas are listed on the pricing page. Dedicated MCP or agent allowance lines are not published there yet — for team agent rollout limits, email hello@pocketmind.ai. See also Plans & limits.
