Pocketmind uses plan tiers for saves, AI usage, and team features. The source of truth for current prices and included quotas is the pricing page.

How to think about tiers

• Free — try the loop: save → organize → ask. Enough for a personal pilot.
• Pro — higher limits for daily research and heavier media/PDF volume, plus team collaboration (10 users included on the current pricing page).
• Business — larger teams (more seats), SSO, audit logs, advanced permissions, and dedicated support.

Where to see your usage

Open account / billing in the app to see remaining quota and upgrade options. If a save or chat is blocked, the app should show a clear limit message — upgrade or wait for the period reset depending on the quota type.
