About

About Pocketmind

Saving something takes a second. Coming back to it, when it actually matters, is the hard part.

Read-later apps are good at keeping a pile. AI chat tools are good at answering, but from everyone's content rather than yours. Pocketmind sits between the two: a calm library for the articles, videos, PDFs and notes you chose to keep, that can answer questions from them.

Articles, videos and PDFs get a summary, tags and a clean reading view. When you need something, you search by meaning or ask, and answers can cite the saved sources they came from.

What we believe

  1. Your sources come first

An answer is only as good as where it came from. Pocketmind answers from what you saved, and can cite the saved sources it drew on, instead of guessing from the open web.

  2. Reading still matters

Summaries and tags help you decide what deserves your time. They are there to get you to the good part, not to replace it.

  3. Meet people where they work

Save from the browser or your phone, read on any screen, and ask from the AI tools you already use: Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor connect over MCP.

Where we are

Pocketmind is in open beta. The web app, the phone app (installed from the browser) and the MCP server are live, and there is a free plan that needs no card. The Chrome extension is next.
